Sunday School

Every Sunday morning at 9:45am, we welcome you to join us in the fellowship hall classroom for a Bible Study designed to bring us closer to one another, and into a deeper fellowship with God. Beginning January 2020 is an in-depth study into John Wesley, Wesleyan Theology, and what it means to be a Methodist.

Sunday Service

We invite you to join us every Sunday morning at 11am for our traditional worship service. Most weeks we meet in the historic sanctuary. However, on some holidays and special occasions we will worship in the fellowship hall.

Tuesday School

FDUMC is blessed with the opportunity to serve the youth in our community with our Tuesday school outreach. Each Tuesday during the school year, along with the help and support of other churches and community organizations, we offer a free, home-cooked meal to the junior high and high school students of Fort Davis ISD. We also offer them an age appropriate devotional, and the opportunity to share in prayer with one another.

 Prayer Group

Join us each Wednesday evening at 6pm in the historic sanctuary as we gather together to lift our congregation, community, and nation in prayer. This is a powerful time of worship in the presence of God.

Jesus told us, his disciples, to make disciples of all nations. Fort Davis UMC is called to fulfill God’s mission throughout the world and to participate in outreach across all boundaries that divide the human family. We share the belief that everyone is called to take an active part in the ministry of Jesus Christ. We send people and give resources to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of all people in the name of Jesus Christ.

Missions are a vital (and central) part of FDUMC. In addition to financially supporting selected missionaries, our church family is involved in giving their time, talents and service to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people in our community and beyond.
